added yet another first to its credit but this time on service front. Audi Service
Gurgaon, the largest workshop of Audi India has activated round-the-clock
operations for Audi customers in the process creating a new benchmark for the
luxury car industry to follow. The workshop with its 24X7 functioning allows
customers to drop off their vehicles after office hours and will also generate faster
turnaround times by increasing the productive hours to maximum.
“Customer experience is at the forefront of what we do at Audi and a great service
experience is vital towards that. Audi Service Gurgaon has taken the lead in activating
round-the-clock operations for the benefit of our customers. We are sure that this
along with other initiatives that we are taking will strengthen our customer
satisfaction efforts.,” said Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India.
To offer smooth and efficient operation, 3 non-stop shift of highly skilled and trained
technicians and managers will be operational at Audi Service Gurgaon. Effectively a
new team takes over with fresh zeal and enthusiasm while the physical
infrastructure’s use gets maximized with this approach. The current level of service
efficiency is expected to go up by 30%.

of creating quality talent. TAP is specific to Audi Syllabus and is designed to generate a

offer training and technical support to the institutes, thereby enhancing its students’
