New Delhi, 22nd April. Reacting on the announcement of Premium Bus Service made by Delhi Government, Delhi BJP President Shri Satish Upadhyay has said that now it is clear that Kejriwal Government is bent upon breaking down D.T.C. and to take back Delhi to the Blue Line phase better known as Killer Lines. It also appears that Kejriwal Government is eying upon passing on the present individually plying Chartered Bus Services business to the corporate sector, obviously with some nefarious collusion. Shri Upadhyay has said that when Kejriwal Government came to power it showed the dreams of bringing more DTC Buses but it made no effort to increase the buses and today’s announcement of premium bus service the Kejriwal Government’s passion for Corporate sector stands exposed. It is beyond apprehension that on one hand Government wants to reduce traffic on the roads while on the other it is announcing hundreds of uncontrolled buses. Howsoever idealistic announcement the Government may make today but ultimately the days of blue line buses rushing around seem to be coming back.
