New Delhi, 7th May’ akash dwivedi : Kraftly, India’s first buy and sell platform for chic and bohemian products organized a fun filled festival – ‘The Kraft festival’ over the weekend at the ‘DLF Mall of India’, Noida.
The artsyfestival showcased an impressive line-up of all things trendy & kitsch under one roof. Kraftly organized this Kraft festival with an aim to bridge the gap between the buyers & sellers in the offline & online market space. The event was a huge success with over 60 of their finest exhibitors showcasing their interesting products. The festival captured rawflavors from across India, encapsulated in handicraft, jewelry, clothes and paintings stalls.
It also had an impressive attendance of top fashion and beauty bloggers participating in the style makeover sessions.
There was a power packed performance by the country’s top Indie Rock band performers – The Local Train, Qasbah, to name a few.  Adding to the fun was a 17-year-old DJ who had everyone dancing to his tunes. The festival received a stupendous response from the audience. The unique event was a great initiative for the sellers to interact directly with the buyers.
Speaking about this festival, SaahilGoel- Co-Founder & CEO, Kraftlysaid, “The Kraft festival was conceptualized keeping in mind the millions of artists and sellers in India who do not get the right platform to showcase their creations. Our aim was to provide such a platform where upcoming artists and small sellers could come forward to showcase their products and talent, conduct workshops which would facilitate them in connecting with their target audience. I am glad that this festival ended on a positive note and we could achieve the desired objective. This is just the beginning & we shall continue to offer even more, bigger platforms to our talented sellers and homepreneurs. And, going forward, make it our annual property.”
Sharing her enthusiasm for Miniature Handpainting art, RaghviKhurana from Nazariya, a brand with Kraftly, said, “We are working towards reviving the lesser known arts. At Nazariya, we also conduct workshops wherein we teach painting. Our paintings are a work of detail, and Kraftly synchronizes perfectly with our needs. They promote similar work and that in turn encourages us to teach and make beautiful paintings on cloth and stamps.
The weekend affair had something for everyone, to engage the young and old, it included a Rajasthani puppet show, performance by a sand artist, kiddies corner and a pet’s zone.
