MoS Home Affairs takes stock of performance of NDMC , Pays tributes in memory of Late M.M.Khan former Dy.Law Officer


 New Delhi – May 19, In order to take stock of the performance of the NDMC, the Minister of States for Home Affairs, Government of India,  Haribhai Parthibhai Chaudhary visited Palika Kendra – NDMC Headquarter today.
At the outset, the Minister paid his tributes in the memory of Late M.M.Khan a former Dy. Law Officer of NDMC and said that he was an able and honest officer, who had discharged his duties with a sense of dedication till last breath of his life. The fair and bold decision taken by him will help to boost up the morale of the officers and officials of the Council, he said.
Interacting with the officers, the Minister stressed upon the need for maintaining a corruption free environment in administration and said that the zero tolerance should be the motto of the NDMC and its officers in this regard. The attitude and behavior of the officers towards the people at large should be cordial and their problems be sorted out timely and efficiently, the Minister added.

Lauding the efforts being made by the NDMC for making and upkeeping neat and clean atmosphere in NDMC area, the Minister said that the Council should come forward to make New Delhi area livable and litter free by undertaking sustained cleanliness drive to make the Swachh Bharat Mission all success.
